These appearances and imperfections are common and will disappear within the first 24 to 48 hours after installation.Please allow this time to pass before requesting a replacement.
How do I get rid of bubbles that appear after I’ve installed my XO Skins?
If it was recently that you installed the XO Skins, as soon as possible try pressing out the bubbles lightly with the squeegee.Make sure the squeegee is wet to avoid burn marks on the Skin.If the Skin has been dry for longer than a few hours, then the large bubbles are set in and you'll need a replacement.Small bubbles, or mini-bubbles, are normal and will disappear 24 to 48 hours after installation.
Is XO Skins safe to remove?
Will XO Skins leave a sticky residue behind if I remove it?
If you ever need to remove your protective XO Skins from your device, it is perfectly safe.Simply lift one corner and peel slowly.It will come off clean, leaving no residue behind!

No.Unfortunately, our warranty applies only if you are dissatisfied with your XO Skins product.To receive a replacement for XO Skins that you are not satisfied with, you must return it before we send your new product.
