If your XO Skins is ever scuffed, scratched, torn, or damaged, we will provide you with a free replacement – you pay only for shipping costs. You will need to return your original product with a copy of your invoice before we send out your replacement. Refund Policy and Return Instructions

To receive a refund via our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, your returned package must be post-marked by the 30th day after your original purchase date.

A. BEFORE MAILING BACK YOUR PRODUCT, you must obtain a Return Identification Number (RIN) simply by contacting us.

You are responsible for shipping your product back to us. We are not liable for your returns if they are lost in the mail, so we recommend using tracking.

C. Please include the following information with your returned product: a copy of your invoice (or your order number), your RIN, and the reason for the return.

D. Upon receipt of your return package, XO Skins will refund your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

· All the pieces of the product must be returned or you will only receive a partial refund.
· All refunds will be credited back to the source of the original purchase.
· There are no fees for returns.
